Kith x New Balance 1906R Arrives March 2024

If you've ever watched the show Suits, you know the great Harvey Spectre always says, "When someone pulls out a gun, you pull out a bigger one." That sentiment is precisely what New Balance is doing with the 1906R. New Balance has long held the crown as the King Of The Dad Shoe, but Nike came for that title when they reintroduced the Vomero 5 as a lifestyle shoe. The Vomero 5 is undoubtedly a heavy hitter, but New Balance fired back with an onslaught of 1906R releases. Now, New Balance has pulled out the biggest gun of all, Ronnie Fieg and Kith. The upcoming Kith x New Balance 1906R may end the battle and secure New Balance's crown once and for all.
The Kith x New Balance 1906R is a sight to behold with Kith's signature muted colors and neutral-toned palate. Soft silver and gold overlays slice through the white mesh base layer, adding an air of prestige. A steely blue wraps the TPU heel cup, and a cream and brown midsole decorates the undercarriage. Cream-colored laces and dual branding on the tongue are just enough of a crown to keep the design simplistically clean.
