Chinese designer Radnomevent is stepping into 2024 with a New Balance 1906R collaboration. The 1906R has been the New Balance golden child for a year and shows no signs of slowing down. The Randomevent x New Balance 1906R “The Sweetness Of Kin” is part of a two-pack collection that will also release a 9060 silhouette.
The Randomevent x New Balance 1906R “The Sweetness Of Kin” uses neutral tones and a multitude of materials to bring its vision to life. The cream-coated buffed leather spliced onto the performance mesh gives the shoe depth, while the multi-layered “N” logo brings back a vintage vibe. The ABZORB midsole blends a dark brown on its contoured lines with the upper.
The Randomevent x New Balance 1906R “The Sweetness Of Kin” is slated to be released via Randomevent in-store and online on January 12th, 2024. Currently, no other releases are scheduled, but New Balance tends to release their collabs shortly after the retailer does, so we’ll have to wait patiently for more details.
