Snippets of potential Jordan brand releases for 2024 are starting to pop up across the web, and the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Metallic Gold" is now rumored to be part of the lineup. Though the Air Jordan 1 has lost some steam in terms of hype, it still remains one of the most popular silhouettes on the market.
According to early mock-ups the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Metallic Gold" will reportedly release in the OG "Metallic" style color blocking that appeared in multiple colors as part of the original 16 Air Jordan 1s from 1985. All white upper, metallic-gold swoosh, wings, collar, and outsole make up the subtle presentation. Given that it is an OG color blocking scheme, we expect to see this shoe released in the original 1985 shape as well.
We expect the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG to be released in early 2024 with a price tag of $180. The shoe will be a women's sizing exclusive. It will be available through the SNKRS App and at other select retailers. Check back for updates, and follow us on Twitter and Instagram for more news on sneakers, streetwear, and collectibles.
