Update (10/2/23): Official images of the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low Golf "Neutral Olive" have arrived.
For all those who thought the Travis Scott Air Jordan 1 train had reached its final destination, you were wrong…kind of. When news of the Travis Scott Air Jordan 1 Low OG "Olive" being the last Air Jordan 1 Scott would work on spread like wildfire the past few months, sneakerheads were distraught. Unless you're a golfer, one of the most successful collaboration collections ever was reaching the end of the road.
When images of an Air Jordan 1 Low Golf shoe with Travis Scott's signature colors and reversed swoosh started circulating, people quickly called out those who "spread" the rumors. However, the stories of no more Travis Air Jordan 1s are technically accurate. The reason is the Golf shoes are not a product of the Air Jordan department; they are a product of Nike Golf which makes this a Travis Scott x Nike Golf collaboration.
As for the shoe itself, it's easy to see the Cactus Jack's influence on this one. The neutral-olive colored quarter panels and toe box with premium white leather on the overlays and reversed black swoosh is vintage Scott designs. The only difference between this shoe and the previous Travis Scott Air Jordan 1 Low is the subtle golfers' tread on the sole. There are no spikes like other Air Jordan Nike Golf shoes, and to the naked eye, you'd never know these were golf shoes.
The Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low Golf "Neutral Olive" is expected to retail for $170 and be released October 13th. The release will likely occur on the Nike SNKRS App and other select Air Jordan Golf retailers.
