The DMV will be receiving an exclusive Nike Air Foamposite One this month. Following the rich history of the Foampsoites in the Baltimore, MD, and Washington DC area, Nike has designed a special edition, "Dream A World" Foamposite One. This colorway pays homage to the history of the DMV. Inspired by Langston Hughes' "I Dream World" poem, this design plays a bridge between the culture of the area showcasing the extreme resilience and opportunity despite the many hardships it has faced. If you want to get your hands on this sneaker, you'll only be able to find it at The Whitaker Group's Status Baltimore and A Ma Maniére Washington D.C. outlets and online.
The Nike Air Foamposite One "Dream A World" will feature a brushstroke effect in white/silver across the Foamposite shell upper. The lining and laces will be black, with the small Nike Swoosh displayed at the end of the lace loops. We'll also find the classic carbon fiber mid-plate and Gum rubber outsole. If you look closer, you'll discover special insoles reading "luck/success results from preparation meeting opportunity." This release will also come with its own exclusive box.
