Pump The Brakes Kids The Sapphire Blue Nike SB Jordan 4's Are Not Releasing

I hope you didn’t get your hopes up last week when rumors of the Sapphire Blue Nike SB x Air Jordan 4 made waves around the sneaker world. Given the massive success of the SB Jordan 4, it seems logical that Nike would want to make the release a recurrence but there’s no way they would do it this soon.

New colorways flooded sneaker Twitter last week with alleged images of blue, red, and black variations of the OG Pine Green color blocking. However, we’ll have to wait a little longer to see another pair of SB 4’s (if ever) according to @zsneakerheadz

While the Nike SB Jordan 4 was indeed crafted to be a real skate shoe and not just a hype monster, it will remain one of a kind for now. I wouldn’t doubt that the Swoosh has plans in mind to make this a semi-regular drop in the future but I’d be shocked if we see more than 1 - 2 new colorways per year.

Hopefully, you were able to avoid all the drama of Pine Green release and score a pair for retail. If not, there's plenty available on the aftermarket in case you don’t have plans for your tax return check.
