The Nike Kobe 9 Protro Receives “Gift of Mamba” Colorway
The "Gift of Mamba" series from Nike Basketball is a collection of sneakers that pays tribute to the late Kobe Bryant, also known as the Black Mamba. With the success of the Kobe 4 Protro last year, this collection will be seen to expand to the popular Kobe 9 Protro EM. Currently, there has not been any official images of this release, but take a look at a potential mockup of the sneaker below. Stay tuned for more updates regarding this release in the coming months.
The Nike Kobe 9 Protro EM “Gift of Mamba” is expected to feature a mainly Black colorway with Metallic Gold accents. The upper will completely be found dressed in Black featuring engineered mesh, Flyknit, and TPU. Metallic Gold accents is expected to be seen on the Nike Swoosh and the Sheath logo on the heel. Finishing off the look, we'll see a completely blacked out sole with a LunarIon cushioned midsole.
