The time of year has come for New Balance to take a step back from the eye-catching collaborations with Action Bronson and Aime Leon Dore to celebrate what made them great. They’ve released so many grey shoes over the years that it's basically become a meme. The beautiful part is that they own it, celebrating their favorite color with an annual celebration of all things grey.
This year they’ve broken up their offerings into two main features. The Grey Shop represents a tribute to all their standard issue grey releases, and The Moon Daze pack represents the infinite possibilities of the color grey. The Grey Shop features new variations on such classics as the 574, 996, and 993. In addition to the sneakers, The Grey Shop will also carry a healthy offering of grey t-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, and more. The Moon Daze pack is focused around the new 9060, 580, and the Fresh Foam More Trail with all having subtle hints of blue tones sprinkled in.
Some models featured under The Grey Shop banner are already online for sale but the majority will release on New Balance Grey Day, May 12.
