Kith and Wilson are no strangers. The duo teamed up back in 2021 for a collection featuring clothing, tennis rackets, and more. The two meet again in 2023 with the French Open going on in full force and the brands appear to have more in store this time.
Kith founder and owner, Ronnie Fieg, has recently taken to Instagram to share some brief context for how and why this collaboration is seeing a sequel. Fieg has been an avid member of Hampton Racquet for the last 3 years. He took this opportunity to pair his love for the game of tennis and Kith to rebrand the club as Kith Hampton Racquet in 2022. Fieg's caption shares that he'll be updating the club once again in preparation for this year's Kith and Wilson's collaborative collection.
Ahead of the global launch of the entire Kith for Wilson collection, Kith is teaming up with Butterfly to create a special limited preview of what else is to come. Kith's Monday Program will feature the release of a professional Kith-branded ping pong table. The table is foldable and features an all-over Kith monogram pattern with Kith for Wilson co-branding. Each table comes with two custom paddles and three custom balls. The table is limited to 35 units globally, with each one being made to order. The ping pong table is available now via drawing on the Kith mobile app. Limited quantities will also be made available on Monday, June 5th at 11 am EST on Kith.com.
Kith for Wilson is scheduled to release on Friday, June 9th via Kith.com and in all Kith flagship locations. The collection is expected to include clothing, equipment, accessories, and more.
