Whatnot Will Be Dropping Kobe’s For $8.24 On Mamba Day

On Mamba Day (also known as August 24th), the popular auction-based resale platform Whatnot will sell select Kobe signature shoes for $8.24 to honor the Black Mamba's legacy. This announcement coincides with Nike's relaunching of the beloved Kobe line, starting with the new “Halo Series" on August 23rd via the Nike SNKRS app

If you’re at all familiar with Whatnot, you likely know that some absolute steals can be had on the app. The catch is that you must have warp-speed fast internet and be lightning with your clicks. Deals pop up fast and often are gone before you ever even have the chance to see them. With Kobe’s being as hot as it gets right now, you can expect these deals to be highly sought after and highly competitive.

After Kobe’s were virtually extinct for so long, it's a breath of fresh air to see them back in circulation. Nike has plans to relaunch the line fully, and the Black Mamba is even gracing the cover of video games once again.
