The iconic Nike Mac Attack, dating back to 1984, continues to captivate sneaker fans with its nostalgic charm. In recent years, notable figures such as Travis Scott and LeBron James have been spotted sporting vintage pairs of Jon McEnroe's favored shoe, igniting anticipation for a proper re-release. While the sneaker has made a comeback in its original form, it has also emerged in various exciting new styles, both through collaborations and unique iterations.
The latest unveiling showcases a trending look with a panda color scheme. This model of the Nike Mac Attack preserves the essence of the original design, blending a combination of predominantly colorless leather and mesh materials for the upper. The Nike Swooshes, collar areas, and lower heel overlays introduce a black hue, accenting the pair while adding depth and dimension to the overall composition. Additional details include checkerboard patterns on the tongue label and a White and Light Smoke Grey sole unit. The pair are tied together with white laces and Nike branding on the heel.
Nike has yet to confirm an official release date for the Nike Mac Attack White/Black, but we expect to see a release before 2023 comes to a close. You'll be able to secure a pair on Nike.com and at select Nike retailers upon release, however, the retail price remains a mystery.
