The Nike Ja 1 Appears In A New Colorway Featuring University Red And Game Royal Tones

As of late, Ja Morant has been the center of recent controversy in the NBA. That doesn’t seem to bother Nike as a new colorway of the Nike Ja 1 has surfaced online. On the court Ja Morant is a beast, averaging 22.5 points per game and pulling off incredible dunks in he process. 

This offering of Ja's signature sneaker line features a two-tone mismatched colorway, featuring Nikes iconic University Red and Game Royal colors. The left shoe features the University Red on the upper and extends to the shoes tongue. A GameRoyal outsole that matches the heel and tongue tag can be seen used on the right pairs upper. The right pair features a University Red outsole that matches both the tongue tag and heel. Both sneakers feature a Black Nike Swoosh and a seldom golden orange Ja Morant logo on the tongue tag. The golden orange can also be seen speckled across the pairs midsole, while Ja's jersey number sits on the heel.

The Nike Ja 1 Mismatch has no official release date as of yet, but we'll keep you updated as information arises. The retail has been set at $110 and can be found on Nike.com and select Nike Basketball retailers upon release.
