It's no secret that a black and red (Bred) Air Jordan will always be a hyped release. No matter the silhouette, the Bred colorway will always be one of the most sought-after releases. It's an OG color combo, and the one MJ usually laced up when the Bulls were on the road in their red uniforms. It's also no secret that the Jordan brand has put a massive effort into pushing the AJKO (Air Jordan Knock Out) for the past year or two with a particular focus on the low-top model. They've put out a collaboration with the Union and even brought out another OG colorway with the "Shadow." Now they're breaking out the big guns with an AJKO "Bred."
The recent releases of the AJKO Low have featured an all-canvas upper, and the upcoming Bred uses that material as well. The "Bred" will use a predominantly black upper with a red toebox, swoosh, and heel tab. The wings logo on the heel is embroidered in black and bears the "AJKO" name instead of the typical "Air Jordan." White midsoles and red outsoles make the AJKO "Bred" a pretty clean presentation that hopefully gives the shoe the momentum Nike has been looking to build.
The Nike AJKO Low "Bred" is loaded up for a Nike SNKRS App release on August 23rd for the price of $120. The "Breds" should soon be available from other select retailers, so follow us on Twitter and Instagram for updates.
