For some weird reason Nike decided to bring back the Air Jordan 1 KO silhouette in recent years with Chicago, Syracuse, and Kentucky colorways. For some even weird reason they decided to introduce an Air Jordan 1 Low KO.
The silhouette debuted earlier this year as a part of a 2-pack collaboration with streetwear mogul Union. Given the lack of popularity behind the AJKO, they may have inadvertently marked the beginning of a slippery downward slope for Union after seeing their upcoming Air Jordan 1 Woven tease.
Nike is now putting a full-on push behind the Air Jordan 1 Low KO and releasing it with the classic OG colorways with a Bred and Shadow both on the way. The KO will feature a full canvas upper set on top of a sail midsole and black outsole. The Shadow colorway will feature the familiar color blocking with mainly black upper and a grey toebox, swoosh and heel tab.
We’re expecting to see the Air Jordan 1 Low KO release in the coming months as part of the summer lineup for $120. We still don’t have official images, but the KO will drop via the SNKRS App and at other Jordan brand retailers nationwide.
