Made with the idea of trail-ready functionality, Christian Tresser's iconic creation is reimagined to signify a step forward in Nike's commitment to a more eco-conscious future.
The Air Max Terrascape 97 utilizes a reworked upper that seamlessly blends knit and fuse materials, resulting in a visually striking and contemporary aesthetic. The Swooshes are enlarged and strategically placed closer to the collar, giving the model an updated look. The Air Max bubble comes in a Sail finish, while the foam used within the midsole is replaced with paint-splattered Nike Grind — a cutting-edge upcycled material to further its commitment to sustainability. The outsoles of the Terrascape iteration undergo an eco-conscious transformation. The result is a pair that honors the original running sneaker while decreasing our carbon footprint.
