American rapper, Mac Miller, who passed away in 2018 has left major strides in the music industry and is still loved by many. In celebration of the 5th Anniversary of his hit album "Swimming," Vans will be releasing an exclusive limited-edition Vans Authentic to honor this milestone and pay tribute to the late artist. A portion of the proceeds will also go to the Mac Miller Fund.
The Mac Miller x Vans Authentic "Swimming" will feature a classic black Vans Authentic with a black canvas upper and contrast white stitching. The rubber midsole will be found in white, with the classic Vans gum bottom outsole. We'll see the Mac Miller touch through the prominent Yin-Yang symbol on the toebox, with "SWIMMING BY MAC MILLER" embossed in small lettering around the symbol. The midsole will also feature text saying "MAC MILLER 1992 TIL ∞" displayed across the entirety of the midsole. This limited-edition sneaker will also come in its own exclusive box which will be a beautiful pink/purple gradient.
