The Kobe Protro lineup is the hottest thing in the sneaker world right now having just released the much anticipated Kobe 6 “Reverse Grinch” and the host of Kobe 8 PEs hitting college basketball courts across the country. The Duke Blue Devils became the third team in the class of six Mamba Programs to unveil their Kobe 8 PE. UCONN and USC rolled them out last week and now images of the Blue Devils pair have surfaced.
The Duke Blue Devils Kobe 6 PE is a crisp and clean offering with a white upper and black sole setting the stage. Duke blue swooshes and sock liner and the university's logo on the tongue make this one of the more understated pairs we’ve seen from the Mamba Program PEs thus far. USC rolled out three pairs of PEs so it's likely that Duke is simply waiting for the right moment to break out the others.
We’ve only seen PEs from half of the Mamba Program schools so far, we’re still waiting to see the offerings from LSU, Kentucky, and of course Oregon. Given the fact that the University of Oregon is Nike's home base, there’s surely to be some special consideration given to their PEs. We’re watching closely as we await the other schools to release these PEs so follow us on Twitter and Instagram to make sure you don’t miss out.
