After Making a legendary return in 2017, the iconic Air Max 97 Silver Bullet is making its way around the block again, this time for the models 25 year anniversary.
Designed by bay area native Christian Tresser, who came up with the design after being inspired by Japanese bullet trains. It was the first Air Max model to incorporate a full length Air-Max unit. The colorway is seen in Metallic Silver mesh and 3M reflective overlays for the base. Red accents are sprinkled on the shoe, seen on the side panel swoosh and in between the toe box and sole. The tongue also harbors a red Nike Swoosh along with the heels pull tab, the Air Max unit gives the user extra cushioning and the white outsole finishes the shoe off.
No official release date for the pair has been announced, but we can expect to see them hit retailers sometime this year. The retail price is set at $185, and is expected to come in full family sizing, you can check out official images below.
