With Shaquille O'Neal's new position as President of Reebok Basketball, it looks like we're getting a first taste of the new and improved Reebok Basketball. Reebok will be releasing the Shaq Attaq "MVP" in early November, which happens to be Shaq's Reebok debut in 1992. "MVP" pays homage to Shaq's performance in the early 2000s where he took in a plethora of MVP award.
The Reebok Shaq Attaq “MVP” features a white leather base, with black leather overlays. Gold and purple accents will also be found lightly throughout the upper, hinting to Shaq's time playing with the Los Angeles Lakers in the early 2000s. Reebok branding will be found in Gold and Shaq branding embossed on the heel. This sneaker would not be a Reebok classic if it didn't feature the iconic Pump technology, which has been integrated into this shoe. A white rubber midsole will sit atop a gray/black rubber outsole to finish the look.
The Reebok Shaq Attaq “MVP” is set to release on November 3rd via Reebok.com and other select Reebok retailers for a retail of $180. To stay informed on all things Reebok Brand and to stay up to date with the latest releases, connect with us on Instagram and Twitter.
