It’s not often that a new silhouette comes along and actually gains traction in the sneaker world, but the Nike Book 1 has done just that. The first signature show of Phoenix Suns superstar Devin Booker has caught the attention of sneakerheads, and there hasn’t even been a pair to have an official release yet. The Nike Book 1 is a mid-cut sneaker with a relatively simple structure that makes the possibilities for both new and traditional colorways endless.
The Nike Book 1 “Air Max 95 Neon” is an homage to the legendary Air Max. The greyscale and black upper is the perfect new-school spin on the classic gradient motif of the Book 1's forefather, with the neon yellow swoosh taking center stage. A translucent green outsole puts the finishing touches on a tribute to a shoe near and dear to Booker's heart.
As for now, the Nike Book 1 “Air Max 96 Neon” stands as a Player Exclusive (PE) that will likely not see an actual release. The Nike Book 1 is supposed to start releasing initial colorways in the early part of 2024, so follow us on Twitter and Instagram for updates.
