Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker will reportedly be releasing his first signature shoe alongside Nike. Nike has taken notice of the 3-time NBA All-Star and believes he has what it takes to be one of the NBA's biggest stars. Booker has been averaging over 28 points this season and looks to lead the Phoenix Suns to another NBA Final.
Rumors suggested that the signature shoe line was already in the works and that Nike planned to unveil the pair in 2023. For the most part, those rumors turned out to be nothing more than rumors. The shoe is currently in the process of being created, but according to SneakerFiles we won’t see the first colorway of the Nike D Book 1 until Spring of 2024.
Not much is known about the Nike D Book 1, but we can assume that Booker's love for the Nike Kobe line will translate over to his own sneakers, making the first release a low-top. Like other NBA star's signature lines expect Devin Booker to have his own logo featured on the pair. Booker has been on team Nike since 2015 and even had the chance of creating his own Air Force 1 back in 2019, as well as helping create the Devin Booker Nike 1 Protro.
The Nike D Book 1 has yet to leak online and details about the release remain fuzzy. What we do know is that the shoe will release in the Spring of 2024 on Nike.com and select Nike Basketball retailers. Retail remains a mystery, but will be sure to keep you updated as information arises.
