Nike SNKRS China Receives An Exclusive Nike Air Force 1 Low CNY “Year of the Dragon” Sneaker
In the past several years, Nike has made a continuous effort to celebrate Chinese New Year with new special edition sneaker releases. This year is no exception, with Nike's celebration of the upcoming Year of the Dragon. We've already seen the likes of the Air Jordan 38, Air Jordan 1 Low OG, and Nike KD 4, and Nike Ja 1, with more sneakers expected to join this year's celebration. The latest sneaker to surface is a special Nike Air Force 1 design. This sneaker will release exclusively to Nike SNKRS China, and will release on February 14th, celebrating both Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low CNY “Year of the Dragon” features one of Nike's most luxurious Air Force 1 designs to date, which is reflected in the retail price of the shoe. The upper features a floral print silk design, with a Golden embroidered dragon and phoenix sweeping across the Nike Swoosh. Additional Golden accents can be found on the tongue, as well as on the Nike branding and "喜" character displayed on the rear heel. The floral print extends to the midsole, with a Tan rubber outsole to finish off the look. This release is truly one of a kind, unfortunately it will not receive a US release.
