The Nike Ja 1 Join The Upcoming "Chinese New Year" Celebration

In the past several years, Nike has made a continuous effort to celebrate Chinese New Year with new special edition sneaker releases. This year is no exception, with Nike's celebration of the Year of the Dragon. Following in suit of the Air Jordan 38, Air Jordan 1 Low OG, and Nike KD 4, the Nike Ja 1 “Chinese New Year” will be the latest addition to this year's celebration. Arriving in White, Game Royal, and Pure Platinum, this classy colorway will have you looking fresh on and off the court.

The Nike Ja 1 “Chinese New Year features an upper constructed of mesh, leather, and ripstop creating the ultimate performance shoe for the hardwood. The upper is dressed in mainly a light teal hue, with Metallic Gold accents found on the Nike Swoosh, heel, and across the side panels. Ja Morant branding will be found in Game Royal, as well as on the Air Zoom-cushioned midsole, and textured rubber outsole to finish off the look. Stay tuned for official images and release info in the upcoming months.

The Nike Ja 1 “Chinese New Year” is set to release on January 22nd, 2024 via Nike.com and other select Nike retailers for a retail of $140. To stay informed on all things Nike Brand and to stay up to date with the latest releases, connect with us on Instagram and Twitter.
