US Open champion, Coco Gauff, has been busy in the sneaker scene, working hard with New Balance. Following her involvement in the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance T500 Collection, we'll now be seeing a brand-new colorway celebrating Gauff's favorite holiday, Halloween on her signature sneaker, the New Balance CG1. This will be the first colorway to be released since her victory at the US Open and arrives just in time for the holiday season.
The New Balance CG1 "Spooky Season" features a darker aesthetic with black/purple accents. The upper will be found in a mix of black on the side panels and purple on the toe cap and inner lining. The New Balance "N" will be found spanning across the rear heel, and Coco Gauff branding found in Sail on the tongue. The black midsole features purple speckles, and a black/translucent rubber outsole to finish the look.
The New Balance CG1 "Spooky Season" is set to release on October 6th via newbalance.com and other select New Balance retailers for a retail of $170. To stay informed on all things New Balance Brand and to stay up to date with the latest releases, connect with us on Instagram and Twitter.
