This year, New Balance has brought back an old relic, the New Balance 1000. First seen in a collaboration with Aimé Leon Dore, the latest colorway arriving to the silhouette will be "Angora." First released back in 1999, the New Balance 1000 was a "modern-day" running shoe offering comfort and style. In addition to this release, it appears that New Balance will also be releasing a variety of general release colorways as well in the upcoming months.
The New Balance 1000 "Angora" features a clean color palette including White, Cream, Gray, and Blue hues. The base suede layer arrives in a Light Gray hue, with White leather overlays. Baby Blue accents will be found on the heel tab and tongue tab, adding a layer of colorway to the sneaker. The New Balance "N" logo will be found in Grey alongside "1000" branding further up the shoe. Finishing off the look, we'll see a thick Cream midsole, sitting atop a Black rubber outsole.
The New Balance 1000 "Angora" is expected to release in Summer 2024 via newbalance.com and select New Balance retailers for a retail price of $150. For more updates on sneaker drops and to stay up to date with the latest releases, connect with us on Twitter and Instagram.
