Chicago-based designer, Joe Freshgoods (JFG), will be teaming up with New Balance once again to release a new New Balance 1000 colorway. JFG is no stranger to working with New Balance, with many successful releases seen back in 2023. Originally released in 1998, the New Balance 1000 will be brought back by New Balance this year, with an Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 1000 collaboration on the way as well.
The upcoming Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 1000 "When Things Were Pure" is set to release in 2 distinct colorways: Black Ice and Pink Mink. The Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 1000 "Black Ice" features a mesh base layer, with leather overlays found in a color-matching gradient. The signature New Balance logo and Joe Freshgoods branding can be found throughout the sneaker. Finishing off the look, we'll see a color-matching midsole sitting atop a Gum rubber outsole.
The Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 1000 "When Thing is expected to be released sometime this year via newbalance.com and other retailers. To stay informed on all things New Balance Brand and to stay up to date with the latest releases, connect with us on Instagram and Twitter.
