UPDATE (7/24/23): The MSCHF x Crocs Big Red Boot (Yellow), will release on August 9th via MSCH and the MSCHF Sneakers App. And yes, MSCHF x Crocs Big Red Boot (Yellow) is the actual name of the shoe.
Update (6/22/23): It seems this is real life. According to MSCHF the Big Yellow Crocs are indeed happening in collaboration with Crocs. Check out the new images below and stay tuned for more updates.
When Estonian artist TOMMY CASH sat in the front row at a recent Rick Owens runway show, he knew he would create a stir. Dressed as a mime and wearing bright yellow knee-high boots that look like a cross between the MSCH Big Red Boot and a pair of Crocs, he had to know it was a matter of time before the look went viral.
The only question is, are they real?
The boots left everyone flabbergasted, and with no official announcement from MSCHF, we can only wonder if they are an actual release, a one-off edition, or just pure satire from a third party. Given that the "Large Yellow Shoes" construction is virtually identical to MSCHFs Big Red Boots, one has to wonder. With the large ventilation holes and rear sport mode strap just like Crocs, it's reasonable to think they could be a collab.
