The Hellstar x adidas Megaride S2 "Off White/Core Black" Arrives August 2026

Hellstar is bringing its darker, punk-influenced aesthetic to the adidas Megaride S2, a retro runner whose early-2000s silhouette aligns naturally with what the Los Angeles label has been building toward. The collaboration keeps the shoe's familiar shape intact while reworking the upper in ways that shift the overall character considerably, landing in an Off White and Core Black colorway anchored by flame graphics throughout.

Black flames cover much of the upper and are embossed directly into the material rather than printed on the surface, giving the graphics a tactile depth that sets them apart from a standard overlay treatment. Smooth synthetic panels replace the stock TPU cage, opening up the upper and giving those flames more uninterrupted real estate across the shoe. A zippered shroud sits over the lace system, reinforcing the Y2K energy the Megaride S2 already carries. Hellstar branding appears near the top of the tongue and along the lateral side beside the zipper, while additional black and white flames extend down onto the outsole. Visible Megaride cushioning remains in the heel, preserving one of the model's most recognizable design details and keeping the collaboration grounded in the original silhouette.
