The Pixar x Crocs Classic Clog Mater Releases October 17th
Crocs has stayed busy this year, moving from the Big Yellow Boot with MSCHF, to working on the Pollex Slides with Salehe Bembury. Aside from the collaboration with other brands, we've also seen Crocs stick with their roots, notably the Lightning McQueen Classic Clog which released earlier this year in August. It looks like Crocs is not yet ready to stop the Cars-inspired silhouette with this latest release featuring Radiator Springs' famous tow truck, Mater. This Classic Clog fully encapsulates Mater's look and aesthetic just like the Lightning McQueen clog which you can't miss.
The Pixar x Crocs Classic Clog Mater features mostly Brown, Blue, and Black hues. The upper will come in Brown, featuring a detailed look at Mater's windshield/eyes and exposed engine. As you move down slightly, you'll also notice Mater's mouth and teeth displayed on the forefront of the clog. The foam forefoot continues Mater's iconic look, featuring a rustic/weathered design with the classic blue/teal chipped paint. The sports mode strap will continue the rustic look and also feature a rear tow hitch. To finish the look, we'll find a Black rubber outsole to enhance the look and provide the necessary grip needed.
