Crocs And Salehe Bembury Agree To A Two Year Extension

If you’re getting sick of seeing new colorways of the Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Clogs, too bad. The rubberized footwear giant just announced a two-year extension to their rather successful partnership.

With the new deal, Salahe has been named Creative Director for the Crocs Pollex Pod. The pod includes the aforementioned Clogs but also the upcoming Pollex Slides.  According to an article by Bloomberg Bembury’s mission will be to create a host of new colorways and silhouettes for the collection.

In 2022, Crocs introduced the Pollex Clogs in partnership with the American-born designer, and while it received a good deal of hype in the early going it eventually fizzled out due to non-stop flooding of new colors. The brand hopes to recapture some of that initial magic with the release of the upcoming Pollex Slides and perhaps even more silhouettes.

Crocs has always been known for its collaborations with past projects including partnerships with the likes of Post Malone, KFC, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Guess we’ll have to wait and see what Salahe has in store next.
