The most iconic silhouette of all time is back at it with a strong effort to re-energize the model. The Air Jordan 1 is far and away the most recognizable and respected sneaker in the game but it has lost some juice over the past 2 years. Aside from the Lost & Found Chicago’s, there haven’t been many colorways to get excited about recently despite a constant barrage of releases.
In comes that Air Jordan 1 Yellow Ochre. The shoes have and strong-looking design and could be what the Swoosh needs to get its MVP back on track. The Yellow Ochre comes in the standard Bred-style color blocking. Black leather on the tip, eye stays, medials, and top collar. The secondary color, yellow ochre in this case is slapped on the toe box, swoosh, collar, heel, and outsole. The only other color allowed on this style of color blocking is on the midsole and the vintage style sail is the perfect choice in this case.
The Air Jordan 1 High OG "Yellow Ochre" is currently set to release on January 13th and retail at $180 through the Nike SNKRS app and at select Jordan Brand retailers. For the latest Jordan Brand release updates, make sure to follow us on Twitter and Instagram.
