Wales Bonner and adidas will be teaming up once again ahead of this Fall 2024 season. This time around, collaborating on the adidas Adio Neftenga trainer, this is a rendition of the iconic 2008 marathon sneaker worn by Haile Gebrselassie during the Berlin Marathon with a finish time of 2:03:59. Releasing in a similar Yellow/Black color-scheme to the marathon-worn pair, Wales Bonner offers a refreshing take on this popular trainer. Take a look at the official image of the shoe, below.
The Wales Bonner x adidas Adios Neftenga features a vibrant color palette including Light Yellow, Core Black, and Yellow hues. The lightweight mesh upper arrives in Light Yellow, with slim suede overlays arriving in Yellow. Core Black accents graces the inner lining, adidas branding, and three stripes. Collaborative Wales Bonner and adidas branding can be found on the tongue tab and insoles. Finishing off the look, we'll see a White midsole sitting atop a multicolor rubber outsole.
