The Brain Dead x adidas Stan Smith "Cream" features a very distinctive look compared to the traditional Stan Smith we all know. The Beige upper arrives in smooth leather, with contrasting hairy accents found on the heel tab and laces. The Brain Dead branding can see on the lateral side perforated into the leather, as well as on the tongue tab. The laces and tongue tab future unique Light Blue accents complimenting the rest of the sneaker nicely. Finishing off the look, a simple Dark Greyrubber sole with adidas branding and contrasting stitching will be found.
