Turtle Power! The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x Adidas "Shelltoe" Drops In 2024
The adidas Superstar has long lived by the nickname "Shelltoe," but now that moniker has a new meaning. One of the most iconic sneaker silhouettes is about to take on one of the most successful comic franchises of all time in a collaboration that will likely go down in infamy as reported by Complex.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) x adidas "Shelltoe" Superstar seems like a match made in heaven. The upper is tinted green to resemble the fun-loving, pizza-eating superhero hide, while the "shell" toe cap has been designed with a turtle shell pattern. Michaelangelo, Donatello, Raphael, and Leonardo will all be memorialized in their own pair, with the three-stripe logo matching their signature colors. The "Shelltoes" will also come with dubraes and alternate laces depicting the character's mask. The shoes will also come in blister packaging similar to how the TMNT action figures are sold and will come with a special edition comic book.

Expect these turtle-powered kicks to be released via the Confirmed App and possibly at comic-themed events like ComicCon.
