Every July, Nike hosts an exclusive league called the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League that features the top 40 high school basketball teams long with one Canadian team. The teams compete in a tournament for the chance to win a championship title, and is also a great way for the young talents to showcase their skills to college scouts. This year Nike looks to celebrate the athletes on the court with a player exclusive coined the Nike LeBron 20 EYBL.
This iteration of the Nike LeBron 20 has a Grey knitted upper that sets the stage for the shoe's striking, paint palette graphic. The graphic is boldly displayed on the double-stacked Swooshes on the lateral side of the shoe, creating a colorful contrast against the Grey background. The shoe also boasts a few other details that add to its unique design, including Royal Blue exposed stitching, Bright Purple tongues with EYBL logos on the right shoe, Light Blue eyestays, and Pink laces and inner lining. The special XX lace dubraes and co-branded insoles are the finishing touches on this shoe. The midsole features a split multi-colored speckled design that pairs nicely with the Black and Purple rubber outsole, which proudly displays LeBron’s Dunkman logo.
Unfortunately the Nike LeBron 20 EYBL is unlikely to see a release, the pair will be made exclusively for athletes participating in the EYBL tournament. If you want to cop a pair, you'll more than likely be looking at paying a premium for a pair.
