Update (5/2/23): Official images have been released and a release date of May 2 has been announced.
By now the entire sneaker world is well familiar with the hype driving wizards over at MSCHF. Their marketing campaigns are nothing short of genius. Their strategy to push the Big Red Boots was absolute magic, the entire world was worked up into a frenzy over them. They’ve also made noise with their Wavy’s, and who can forget their Air Cast looking shoes from last year. They’ve also been no stranger to copyright infringement lawsuits but I guess that goes with the territory.
The next release from MSCHF is the lone sane looking silhouette in their catalog. The Super Normal 2 is rather simple by their standards and is releasing in an orange colorway. The MSCHF Super Normal 2 Orange has a structure similar to a Nike Dunk Low with some abstract wavy paneling on the upper. The Orange will use full grain tumbled leather in a base white overlays of bright orange. A white midsole and orange outsole rounds out the design along with white laces.
The MSCHF Super Normal 2 Orange will be released in the coming months for the price of $170 and will be sold on the MSCHF Sneakers App. Although, the marketing masterminds will no doubt have some tricks tucked up their sleeves for the drop.
