If there’s one shoe that typified the mid 1990’s sneaker culture it’d have to be the Air Max 95 OG “Neon”. The shoe was everywhere, you couldn’t walk in any door without seeing someone wearing it. The design was fresh, the colors were clean and the air bubbles were big. Next year that same Air Max 95 “Neon” will be back, Big Bubble and all.
Next Summer the Air Max 95 Big Bubble “Neon” will make its first return to the sneaker world since 2020. The “Neon” will be back in OG form with the signature grayscale ribbing on the side and neon green eyestays. The upper will use the original materials of mesh and suede. It will feature all the volt green highlights that made this shoe legendary. The 2025 rendition will also see the return of the oversized air bubbles that protrude a bit from the midsole marking a departure from the 2020 release.
The Air Max 95 Big Bubble “Neon” comeback tour is booked for Summer 2025. The 95s will cost $180 and will be released via Nike as well as other select retailers across the globe. Spring/Summer 2025 is shaping up to be nothing short of epic for sneaker releases so make sure to follow us on Twitter and Instagram for all the details.
