Adidas and Yohi Yamamoto partnership keeps pushing forward with a new slide that's built for pool season. The Y-3 Water Slides may just be the perfect piece of footwear for the summer with its waterproof construction and minimalist design.
The all black Y-3 Water Slide is as simplistic as can be. The black on black slide has a clean black strap stitched across the all black sole. Minor perforations around the perimeter of the shoe will add some breathability for the hot summer sun as well. The only branding you’ll see on this shoe are a debossed Y-3 on the sole and the designer's signature on the underside of the outsole. To the untrained eye, these are just a simple black on black waterproof sole but the premium materials and hand stitched craftsmanship are what really make these special.
The pair is already available right now on the Adidas online shop for a premium of $200. These will no doubt be a hot ticket item with the weather starting to turn so don’t sleep on them and think you can wait until June to cop.
