After MSCHF released their Big Red Boot, it took the world by storm flooding social media. The shoe was impossible to miss with all the biggest influencers getting a pair early on and making the shoe a must have. Now we see Red Wing take the inspiration to promote the all new Super Mario Bros Movie.
The pair looks like any plumbers work shoes, except they appear animated. A huge toe box gives the pair a cartoonish look, while ropes are used for the laces. A lighter brown stitching matches the midsole used to tie the pair together. Red Wings claims to have used a legacy method, and innovative materials including the reinforced toe box and rounded heel they’re known for.
The Nintendo x Red Wing Shoes Mario Boots are not schedule for a release and were made only for promotional use. The new Super Mario Bros movie is coming to theaters on April 5th, 2023.
