Originally released in 2014, the Nike Kobe 9 Elite Low Protro "Moonwalker" was an iconic colorway apart of the Kobe lineup. Now, Nike will be re-releasing this special colorway in Spring 2025 celebrating its ten-year anniversary set to release in April 2025. This re-release is expected to feature a 1:1 design to the original release, however, stay tuned for official release info in the coming months!
The Nike Kobe 9 Elite Low Protro “Moonwalker” features an exciting color palette including Hyper Grape, White, and Cave Purple hues. The knit upper arrives mainly in White, alongside a colorful multicolor Flyknit base layer made up of Orange, Green, and Blue hues. We'll see the iconic ankle-high design of the Kobe 9 Elite, dressed in White, with "What The" designs across the tongue. The Mamba Sheath will be found standing out in a tri-color design, with the Nike Swoosh found in Grey. Finishing off the look, we'll find a Lunarlon insert within the midsole and Black carbon fiber inserts, sitting atop a White rubber outsole.
