The Nike Air Tech Challenge is a 90s court classic founded by Andre Agassi. "Hot Lava," an iconic colorway first released in 2008, will return next Fall. The most recent re-release we saw was back in 2019, making this a long-awaited return for many sneaker enthusiasts.
The Nike Air Tech Challenge 2 “Hot Lava” features a white mesh base and white leather overlays. Black accents take place on the heel and across the side panels. Hints of gray will be found on the TPU encasing, and around the shoe. Hot Lava graphics will be found right above the midsole, adding a unique touch to the rest of the look. Finishing off the look, we'll find a white midsole with the exposed Air Unit, sitting atop a gray rubber outsole.
