The MSCHF Sneakers label has once again proven its ingenuity with the release of the latest iteration of the Super Normal sneaker, the Super Normal 2 Common Whites. Though the brand began with some truly wild designs, their latest footwear offerings have proven to be both approachable and creative. The Super Normal 2 is no exception, with its all-white colorway and subtle yet intricate details.
One of the unique aspects of the Super Normal 2 is its distinct design, which is a nuanced spin on the classic Nike Air Force 1 shape. This required unique molds and custom tooling that most conventional footwear manufacturers wouldn't be able to provide. Despite the detailed design, the Super Normal 2 looks deceivingly simple at first glance. However, as the saying goes, "it takes a lot of time and money to look this normal."
This new iteration of the Super Normal is particularly similar to the all-white version that was released in the summer of 2022, which was a debut of the silhouette. Fans of the original Super Normal sneaker will be pleased with this latest release, which drops on January 31st at 12 pm EST on the MSCHF Sneakers app and website for $145 USD.
