It's been nearly a year since the Nike Air Jordan 1 Low "Korea" rumors started to fly, and it looks like the release may be just around the corner. The release is said to be a Korean exclusive as part of this year's SNKRS Day celebration. The annual "Holiday" will take place in the US for the first time this year, but this Air Jordan 1 Low may not be part of the offering US consumers have access to.
The Nike Air Jordan 1 Low "Korea" uses neutral-toned materials on the upper, starting with medium grey leather on the heel cap, eye stays, and tip. Brown medial panels and bone-colored suede are used on the collar and toe box. The national bird of Kora, the Magpie, appears on the heel of the left shoe, where the Jordan Wings logo typically seems to signify the country ties.
The Nike Air Jordan 1 Low "Korea" will drop exclusively in the Korean market on SNKRS Day, September 9th. We're still waiting in limbo to see what SNKRS Day will bring to the US, but we're hoping for some serious heat. Stay tuned to our Twitter and Instagram for more US SNKRS Day release updates.
