With the reintroduction of Nike's All Conditions Gear (ACG) line, we're getting to see Nike bring back a 90s classic, the ACG Air Exploraid. With many fans excited about this release, Nike will be bringing this sneaker back in style featuring the original "Ash Green" colorway, and a new "Light Orewood Brown" as well. The Nike ACG Air Exploraid features a balanced design in quality and functionality. These will be perfect for hikers who want to hike in style and want the best shoe for all terrains.
The Nike ACG Air Exploraid "Ash Green" was an original colorway released back in 1999. This featured a two-toned upper, with a base mesh layer in black. The rear leather overlays were in a dark turquoise, and the front mudguard was in a light gray. You'll find ACG branding in red underneath the ankle, and Nike branding on the tongue. The midsole featured a polka dot pattern, with a black rubber outsole to finish the look. This variant is expected to release early February, on February 3rd, 2024.
The Nike ACG Air Exploraid "Light Orewood Brown" features a cleaner and more minimal aesthetic with a lighter tone throughout. The base mesh layer will be found in white, with the leather overlays in Sail. The ACG logo underneath the ankle will be found in black, as will the Nike swoosh on the tongue. The midsole will feature a similar design but in a light brown, with a black rubber outsole to finish the look. This variant is expected to release sometime in March, but no official release date just yet.
