In Case We Need Another Dad Shoe The New Nike Runtekk Is Here
It's been a while since we’ve seen a new silhouette from the Swoosh but the new Nike Runntek is set to make its debut in the coming months. The Runntek was designed to bridge the gap between street style and a functional running shoe like many other brands have already done.
At first glance the Runntek looks like the Nike Vomero 5 and a New Balance 9060 had a baby. The super chunky sole with distinct forefoot and heel modules resemble the 9060 while the upper screams Vomero. The first edition of the Runntek will feature Summit White, and Metallic Silver throughout the shoe and will have a chrome fitted mudguard up front. The Runntek also sports a 3D plastic swoosh that hovers just above the surface of the shoe itself. Some additional black detailing around the swoosh and on the soles give the shoe some contrast.
We don’t yet know if this will be a SNKRS App release or a standard Nike drop but we’re hoping to see it arrive in time for summer. The Runntek is awomen’s exclusive shoe that will be listed at $110.
