Sacramento Kings Point Guard, De'Aaron Fox, has signed a multi-year deal with Under Armour (UA) as the first ever athlete for Curry Brand. Previous to joining Curry Brand, Fox was signed with Nike for the past five years. Under Armour has remained pretty low-key in the world of basketball, with the only "major" partnership being Stephen Curry. This might signal a potential revamp to Under Armour Basketball and exciting new footwear coming to us in 2024.
This new partnership, which didn't come as a huge surprise due to the nature of the friendship between these players, has both Stephen Curry and Stephanie Linnartz, UA's CEO, excited about the future of the brand. Fox has been a long-time supporter of Curry Brand's mission and will be a core figure in the future growth of the brand.
