Nike is continuing its "Detroit Tough" narrative for Cade Cunningham with a new edition of the ST Charge that trades Detroit-centric tones for a nod to his Texas roots. The orange and royal blue palette traces back to Bowie High School in Arlington, Texas, where Cunningham played before moving on to Montverde Academy, a school that later retired his jersey number. While the colors may read as a Detroit Tigers reference at first glance, the real story here is personal history.

Bright orange leads the design, wrapping the knit upper and carrying all the way down to the aggressively stippled rubber outsole for a cohesive, high-energy look. Royal blue steps in at the collar, tongue, heel pull tabs, and interior lining, providing a grounding contrast to the dominant orange. Brown-and-orange rope laces, metallic eyelets, and a gold Swoosh add further layering to the colorway without pulling focus from the core palette.
