Cactus Plant Flea Market (CPFM) will be teaming up with Nike once again to release their latest collection. Rumored back in June, their latest endeavor is the Nike Air Flea 2, which was just revealed and noticed at Rolling Loud last Sunday. Pictured below is the sneaker seen on the feet of Franz Lyons, the bassist of the band Turnstile. CPFM was launched as a streetwear label back in 2015 by Cynthia Lu, a popular fashion designer who is closely tied to Pharrell. Since its initial launch, we've seen various collaborations with Nike most recently the Air Flea 1 which was released at the end of last year. The Air Flea 2 is scheduled to release with two colorways, "Black" and "Faded Spruce".
The Cactus Plant Flea Market x Nike Air Flea 2 will feature a very utilitarian look featuring very aggressive and bulk looks. Most notably you'll see the dual straps securing the sneaker to your feet which runs boldly across the upper. The outsole has also seemed to be expanded to encapsulate the majority of the midsole. Coming in on what appears to be an all-rubber finish, the outsole features a unique square pattern which should provide excellent grip towards the shoe. To finish off the look you'll find various Nike branding around the shoe. Prominently placed along the lateral side of the shoe is a massive white Nike Swoosh which spans across the entire side.
The Cactus Plant Flea Market x Nike Air Flea 2 is slated to release October 18th through the CPFM website for $220 with a possible SNKRS release shortly after. To stay informed on all things Nkike Brand and to stay up to date with the latest releases connect with us on Instagram and Twitter.
