Similar pool designs spread to Southern California, and when drought conditions emptied many of those backyard pools, skateboarders began riding their curved walls, helping push vertical skating forward and shaping the development of the sport as it is known today. That lineage gives this collaboration a layer of substance that most anniversary releases do not carry.
The Beyond Store x Nike SB Dunk High "White/Sand Dune-Blue Void-Ivory" is set to release on July 8th, 2026 at Beyond Jyväskylä, followed by Beyond Helsinki on July 11th, with a wider launch through select Nike SB skate shops on July 25th, for a retail price of $140 in unisex sizing.
