The ASICS Gel Nimbus 9 is a classic from ASICS, first seen back in the early 2000s. Earlier this year, we saw Ennoy Professional team up with ASICS to release a "Triple Black" colorway for this silhouette, and it appears ASICS will be releasing new colorways as well. Arriving this June in "Joker," this Joker inspired colorway features a striking color palette including Purple, Night Shade, and Orchid hues.
The ASICS Gel Nimbus 9 “Joker” features a Black base layer made of a breathable mesh, and premium leather and suede overlays found in Purple. Additional green accents can be found on the lace loops and "Gel-Nimbus" badge on the lateral heel. The ASICS Gel Nimbus 9 features Gore-Tex technology, making this sneaker a good option when the weather isn't great. Finishing off the look, we'll see a tubular GEL midsole with exposed GEL units sitting atop a Purple rubber outsole.
